PROFIT SHARING / THE MAGNUMVC MODEL

A clear view of
every share

Understand how profits are allocated, how account estimates are calculated and where partner rewards fit in.

01 / ALLOCATION MODEL

The share behind
the numbers

The company allocation model assigns 80% of distributed profits to investors and 20% to the company. The company's portion is then divided between partners and marketing, and company management.

This allocation model and the account rates below describe different calculations. The 80/20 model is not applied as an extra deduction in the account profit calculator. Partner account rewards use the configured referral and deposit-commission rates.

ALLOCATION MODEL

How the profit pool is shared

For every 100 units in a distributed profit pool, 80 units go to investors and 20 units to the company. The company share includes 12 units for partners and marketing and 8 units for management. These are shares of a profit pool, not a percentage return on invested capital.

ANNUAL PERSPECTIVE · VARIABLE OUTCOMES

A long-term view
Period-by-period accountability

Investment objectives are considered over an annual horizon. Market conditions and allocation decisions change through the year, so monthly outcomes are variable and returns are not guaranteed.

01 · ANNUAL FRAMEWORK

Variable, performance-led

An approved annual objective provides context. It does not establish a fixed monthly return or describe past performance.

02 · PERIODIC REVIEW

Allocation with defined dates

Distribution rates are reviewed for defined periods. They can change between periods, including periods with no distribution.

03 · ACCOUNT REPORTING

Clarity in recorded results

Your account separates paid capital, posted earnings and available withdrawals. A reference objective is distinct from a credited balance.

details

Speak to our team
01 How are distributions recorded?

Investment distributions use the annualized investor allocation approved for the active date period. Daily credits divide that rate by the actual number of calendar days in the year, including leap years, and round to USD cents. An annual objective divided by 12 is a monthly reference, not a fixed monthly entitlement.

Credits require an approved period, eligible paid capital and enabled distributions. Only posted entries form part of your account balance.

02 How are withdrawal requests handled?

Submit a profit-withdrawal request through the client workspace when withdrawals are enabled. The company guide describes Sunday processing. Requests remain subject to account verification and the conditions of your investment agreement.

03 What account verification is required?

The company guide requires proof of identity or a passport for account verification. Follow the KYC steps in your client workspace and review your verification status there.

04 What about cancellation and capital withdrawal?

The company guide describes cancellation within 45 days and processing within 7–14 business days. It also describes a capital refund after 90 days without deducting earned profits. Your signed investment agreement governs the conditions that apply to your account.

05 How do partner rewards differ from investor distributions?

The allocation illustration describes shares of a profit pool. Referral rewards instead use the configured share of an investor's posted investment credit. Deposit commissions use a separate rate and apply once to an eligible paid deposit.

Current referral share: 20% · Paid deposit commission: 2%. These percentages have different bases and are not investor returns.
